Had an issue with parking on first night, I shouldve received an email prior to arrival with designated parking spots but had to ask and didn't receive until next day. Had issues with shower turning off automatically, raised issue but never resolved. Did my own troubleshooting and determined it automatically shuts off when hot water is used up which is not typical so would've been nice to know that in property details when checking in.

Stayed overnight to be close to Barnes Jewish Hospital. Excellent location, alot of food options within walking distance. Whole Foods being at street level of the apartment building is very convenient. Apartment was clean, all directions and communications were very prompt and clear. Bed was very, VERY firm and pillows very VERY soft. Would recommend bringing your own pillows if neck support is a concern. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The building is beautiful and has a lot of amenities! We were in town, moving our daughter into her apartment and needed a place with secure parking because our car was pretty packed. We also need an easy access to food and quiet rest. This was a perfect choice! We loved the Kasa model- so easy to do all the check in checkout online and any questions were answered within minutes. Will definitely use them again!!
